The Multicultural Leadership Program (MCLP) develops leaders who engage the power of diverse perspectives to improve our world. Through self-awareness, meaningful relationships, and leadership experiences, participants gain the skills and confidence to create positive change in their organizations and communities.

Many MCLP participants begin their journey because someone saw leadership potential in them and encouraged them to take the next step.

Why MCLP?

The Multicultural Leadership Program develops leaders who engage the power of diverse perspectives to improve our world.

For more than 17 years, MCLP has helped professionals grow in confidence, expand their perspectives, build meaningful relationships, and strengthen their ability to lead and serve.

As we prepare for the Class of 2027, we remain focused on creating a high-quality leadership experience that develops leaders who make a positive impact in their workplaces, organizations, and communities.
