Program Details

MCLP’s primary location is Bloomington-Normal, where most presenters and the largest cohort are based. We offer hub locations in Dallas and Atlanta. Experiences may vary between hubs. If a hub does not reach the minimum number of five (5) participants, that location will not be available for the 2026–2027 class.

The program topics support the core components of the MCLP curriculum and may include emotional wellness, servant leadership, crucial conversations, public speaking, psychological safety, systems thinking, change management, cultural humility & cultural competence, allyship & social justice, leading with values, leading during turbulent times, and leading with impact.

Virtual Thursdays & in-person Saturdays

Program Investment
$1,800 tuition fee. Must be paid before the first session

Graduation
Graduation is held only in Bloomington-Normal; travel costs to attend are the participant’s responsibility.

Attendance
Participants may miss up to 3 sessions;
if exceeded, participants may not be eligible to graduate
